My entire school life was outside Kerala and was very excited yet doubtful to spend the three years of my undergraduation in Kerala. Christ College, Vizhinjam was a small college when I joined. But, the warmth, efficiency and dedication of the teachers and other faculty amazed me at all points. The college had strict rules to adhere to but it never felt unnecessary. Moreover, the students and faculty were happy learning and teaching respectively in Christ College. My three years of undergrad life is something I cherish till date. There are a lot of things I learnt and unlearnt while in College! Thanks to Christ for motivating and helping me through the crucial years of my life.

My time at Christ College enabled me to hone my literary skills and explore my passion for the English language. Under the able guidance of my teachers, I was able to take part in a plethora of academic activities such as debates, quizzes, and national seminars. Taking up a career-oriented course has, in the long run, helped me amass knowledge in multifarious subjects, ranging from advertising to business writing. Christ College also encourages its students to take part in extracurricular activities, offering students an opportunity to compete in district and state-level competitions. Christ College is the perfect choice for the academically driven student who aspires to excel in all spheres.

I remember the first day I walked into Christ College for my admission procedures. We were just the second batch at Christ back in 2015. Though I always had dreams of going into a huge college with a pretty campus, Something inside me told me that I am going to have my best days here in this small building. And yes, I indeed had my best three years at Christ. I learnt, I grew, I changed, I improved. I am sure we had a great faculty who stood by their students, understood them and guided them on the right path, supporting their talents and skills. Even after all these years our teachers are there for us in time of need just like a dear friend. The best part is always the amazing friends I made there down the three years. My college played a huge role in making me who I am today. I am always thankful for the opportunities it opened up for me to find out who I am and to explore and experience new things in life.

My passion to become a researcher was fostered skillfully in this campus. The experience I have gathered from this family-like institution, the conducive academic ambience there, we-feeling we treasured in the department, and the caring presence of experienced teachers paved the way for all success in my life.

Reflecting on my three years at Christ College, I am deeply grateful for the wealth of experiences and supportive relationships that shaped me. Experiences like my role as Department Captain for arts and sports, which honed my leadership skills and underscored the value of teamwork. The mentorship from my professors was invaluable, profoundly influencing my personal and professional growth. I will always cherish these memories and am proud to be an ex-CCVian!
