International Yoga Day Celebration

The Department of Computer Applications, in association with IQAC, organized the International Yoga Day Celebration on 19 June 2026 at the College Auditorium with the theme “Yoga for Healthy Aging.” The programme aimed to create awareness about the importance of yoga in maintaining physical fitness, mental well-being, and a healthy lifestyle.

The session was led by Mr. Aaron A., S3 BCA, an accomplished yoga practitioner and student instructor. Through a series of yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, he demonstrated how regular yoga practice contributes to improved flexibility, stress management, concentration, and overall health. Students and faculty members actively participated in the session, making the programme both engaging and inspiring.
