CAMPUS RECRUITMENT TRAINING (CRT) – SESSION 5

The Centre for Placement & Career Guidance (CPCG) of Christ College, Vizhinjam, conducted Session 5 of the Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) from July 16 to July 18, 2025, in collaboration with Jay’s Academy. This initiative aimed to strengthen the employability skills of second-year students and prepare them for the dynamic challenges of campus placements.

Jay’s Academy, known for its structured and practical approach to training, delivered the sessions with a strong emphasis on:

  • Aptitude and logical reasoning
  • Communication and soft skills
  • Resume building and interview preparation
  • Group discussions and personal interviews

Each day featured a full-day session from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, combining theory with hands-on activities and real-time feedback to ensure effective learning and engagement.

The program targeted second-year students, who actively participated in the interactive and enriching sessions. The response from the students was enthusiastic, reflecting a strong interest in enhancing their placement readiness.

Session 5 of the Campus Recruitment Training served as a valuable opportunity for second-year students to develop critical skills required for campus placements. With the expertise of Jay’s Academy and the support of CPCG, the training was well-received and fulfilled its intended objectives. The initiative reaffirms the college’s commitment to student development and career readiness.
