The Teaching Learning Enhancement Cell (TLEC), Christ College Vizhinjam, organized a
faculty development programme titled “Teachers as Mentors: Understanding Skills, Career
Readiness & Psycho-Social Dynamics of Teenagers” on 29 May 2026 at the AV Room. The
session was handled by Dr. Ajith Sankar, Behavioural & Career Strategist and Founder of CoX Mentors.
The programme provided valuable insights into mentoring skills, adolescent
psycho-social behaviour, and career readiness, helping faculty members strengthen
student-centred mentoring practices.
