International Yoga day was celebrated in our college on 21st June, 2017. On this occasion Dr.Usha Satheesh, Asst. Professor in Malayalam, spoke on the importance of yoga which indeed ignited a passion for fitness and yoga among the students. A deeper insight into this was given by the yoga session conducted by Ms. Sethulekshmi (Dept. Of Commerce), which motivated the students to practice yoga and make it a part of their daily life.
