143th Birth Anniversary Celebration of Munshi Premchand.
Premchand was an Indian writer famous for his mode of Hindustani Literature.He is regarded as one of the foremost Hindi writers of the 20th century. His works include more than a dozen novels, around 300 short stories, several essays,and translations of a number of foreign literary works into Hindi. Premchand Jayanthi was conducted on 31st July to 4th August 2023.The department conducted a story writing competition. 35 students actively participated from the part of students.They shared their creative and imaginative ideas through their stories.The content of the stories was very much impressive. First prize was won by Sharon S2 Tourism and second prize was won by Anju S2 Psychology.
