CAMPUS RECRUITMENT TRAINING (CRT) – SESSION 4

The Centre for Placement & Career Guidance (CPCG) of Christ College, Vizhinjam, in collaboration with Jay’s Academy, successfully organized the fourth session of the Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) program from June 16 to June 18, 2025. The session aimed at equipping second-year students with the essential skills and strategies required to succeed in campus recruitment drives.

Jay’s Academy, a reputed training institute known for its placement-oriented modules, facilitated the training sessions. The focus was on enhancing students’ aptitude, communication skills, group discussion strategies, personal interviews, and overall employability.

Each day’s session ran from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, ensuring adequate time for both theoretical and practical exposure. The interactive training sessions included mock interviews, aptitude tests, and group activities tailored to simulate real campus recruitment scenarios.

The training program was exclusively organized for second-year students of Christ College. A large number of students enthusiastically participated and engaged with the trainers throughout the session.

The CRT – Session 4 proved to be a valuable initiative, helping students gain confidence and insights into the recruitment process. With practical exposure and expert guidance, the program aligned with the institution’s vision of holistic student development and employability enhancement.
