The Department of English at Christ College, Vizhinjam, successfully conducted an add-on course on Communication Skills in English for Semester 4 BA English Language and Literature students. The course aimed to equip students with valuable skills and knowledge to enhance their communication and collaboration abilities.
The inaugural ceremony took place on 21st April at 3:00 PM, with a keynote address by renowned expert Miss Meryl Benny. A total of 28 students enrolled for the course, and 20 students successfully passed the assessment. Certificates were awarded to the successful candidates by Mr. Umesh S. R., Vice Principal, Christ College Vizhinjam.
This add-on course is a testament to the department’s commitment to providing students with opportunities for academic and personal growth. The department plans to conduct more such courses in the future, with the aim of providing students with a comprehensive education that prepares them for success in all areas of life.
