The Department of Commerce, Christ College Vizhinjam, organised a seminar titled “Building a Career After B.Com: Skills, Struggles and Choices” on 27th January 2026 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm in the Seminar Hall. The session was led by the guest speaker Mr. Muhammed Iyas K P, General Manager of Lakshya (South Kerala Region), who shared insights on essential skills, career challenges, and strategic choices for B.Com graduates. The event was held in association with the Indian Institute of Commerce and IQAC, aligning with UN SDG 4 (Quality Education). The coordinators were Ms. Aswathy J.S. (TLEC Coordinator) and student coordinator Ms. Aiswarya S.S., with an advisory committee comprising Adv. Fr Thomas Cheppila CMI, Dr Joseph K.A. (Principal), and Mr Umesh S.R. (HOD, Dept. of Commerce).
