As part of the Income Tax Day Celebration, the Department of Commerce, in association with IQAC and Komertsiya, organized a Workshop on Income Tax Return Filing on 27 July 2026 at the Seminar Hall. The session was conducted by Mr. Rahul Krishnan R., Chartered Accountant, Rahul Krishnan & Associates, who provided practical training on the fundamentals of Income Tax Return filing, various heads of income, eligibility, and the online filing process. Students actively participated in the hands-on session, enhancing their understanding of tax compliance and financial responsibility. The programme successfully promoted tax awareness and equipped students with essential practical knowledge on Income Tax Return filing.
