Induction Programme for BSW S1 Students
The Department of Social Work, Christ College, Vizhinjam, organized an induction programme for the first-year BSW students on July 28, 2025, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm at Room No: 7.The programme, titled “Reverberation: Self-discovery – Password to Empowerment”, aimed at motivating and guiding students towards self-awareness and empowerment as they begin their academic journey.The resource person for the session was Mr. Ramesh Chandran N.S., Assistant Professor, Department of Social Work, who engaged students in an interactive session focusing on self-discovery, personal growth, and the values of social work education.The event was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Joseph K.A (Principal). The programme was coordinated by Mr. Akshay Dev SS (Student Co-ordinator) with the support of faculty coordinators Mr. Vivek K.M. and Ms. Aleena Tomy.
The session proved to be an inspiring start for the new batch, setting a positive tone for their academic and professional journey in social work.
