The Department of Commerce at Christ College, Vizhinjam, in association with IQAC and the Commerce Association *Komertsiya*, successfully organized an Orientation Programme on **Online Courses for FYUGP Students** on **12th June 2025** at the Seminar Hall. The session, facilitated by **Dr. Jessy Jacob**, Associate Professor, aimed to familiarize second-year undergraduate students of Tax, Finance & Tourism with SWAYAM and NPTEL – India’s premier platforms for free online education and technology-enhanced learning. The programme provided insights into the benefits of online certification, course selection, and how these platforms can enhance academic and professional growth. The initiative is part of the department’s continuous efforts to encourage self-paced learning and academic excellence among students.
