PTA Meeting

A Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meeting for students of Semester 3 FYUGP Tax and Tourism was held on September 24, 2025, at 2:30 PM. The meeting took place in the Seminar Hall and saw active participation from both parents and students. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss student performance, behavior, and academic progress.
The meeting was well-attended and featured key faculty members and parents. The class tutors for the Tax and Tourism programs, Ms. Keerti Gopinath and Ms. Anu, were actively involved. They provided detailed insights into the students’ behavior and academic levels. Other teachers from the department also participated, sharing their individual opinions on the students’ strengths and weaknesses. Mr. Umesh S.R., the HOD, TAX & Mr Joseph P. Job HOD, Tourism, coordinated the entire meeting. Their guidance and instructions to the teachers ensured the meeting ran smoothly and was a success.
The active participation of parents and students made the meeting highly effective. This collaborative approach ensured that all parties were on the same page regarding the students’ academic journey and personal development. The meeting concluded with a positive and constructive outlook, highlighting the shared responsibility of teachers and parents in guiding the students toward success.
