A departmental open house meeting was organized by the Department of Commerce on Friday, 16 January 2026, to review plans and collect suggestions for the forthcoming Chrisaura 2026 – The Arts Fest. The session was presided over by the Head of the Department (HOD), Mr. Umesh S.R., and was conducted in two separate slots to include students from different specializations. The main objective was to make sure that the celebrations would be lively, well-coordinated, and enjoyable for all participants.
The first session was conducted for students of the Finance stream, including those from Semesters 2, 4, and 6. The meeting was coordinated by a team consisting of Dr Jessy Jacob, Ms Malu Velayudhan, and Ms Aswathy J.S.
The second session was organized for students of the Tax stream, with participants from Semesters 2, 4, and 6. This session was coordinated by Ms Keerthi Gopinath, Ms Remya Ratheesh, and Dr Sindhu B.I.
